HOTEL INFORMATION:
3 options for hotels this year with different incidental fees from $20 - $100 per night. Incidental fees will be processed at check in and will be released in 3-5 business days after check out. None of the hotels will require a night charge when making a reservation. The host hotel is the DoubleTree, the hospitality and smoking tent will open each night. Also, the Holiday Inn Express is across the parking lot from the DoubleTree. The Fairfield Inn and Suites is about a 10 min drive from the host hotel. Only book the number of rooms you need.
